saltwater sandals

i love my saltwaters! i got the navy ones worn in the photo. one note – they are supposed to be snug when you put them on to allow for stretching, which i didn’t know. so if you are ordering them online somewhere, think about sizing down.

if i had my way

in my annual summer obsession with 1991-era deadhead style (i call it the kyle ripka after a boy from high school who really mastered the look), i found this great set of photos on flickr that included some pictures of one of the last shows they played at soldier field. later in the day I looked for a youtube of samson & delilah just to listen and BOOM!

the first video that popped up is from the same show that the dude’s photos are from (i think). that’s probably not all that WHOA-worthy, but I whoa-d anyway.
